The international school BJAB aims
To deliver a broad and balanced education, which enables the individual child to develop to his or her maximum potential, in a dynamic and caring environment.
We value each person as an individual within our welcoming and supportive atmosphere, promoting the essential qualities of integrity, loyalty, self-dicipline, independence, self-confidence, kindness, mutual respect and consideration.
Observations by the Independent Schools Inspectorate
The international school is very successful in fulfilling its aims and in so doing has created a very welcoming learning community where both adults and pupils, irrespective of their nationality, are highly valued. The key factors that account for this are the very efficient governance of the school by the MD and the governing body and the outstanding leadership of the Headteacher.
The pupils achieve good standards and make good progress, all the more remarkable because so many pupils often speak English as their second or third language. Committed staff thoroughly understand the needs of the pupils and their families, together with the benefit that such diversity of background and culture brings. Strong and productive links with parents reflect the strength of relationships in the school at all levels.
