The international school BJAB aims to keep its fees competitive in comparison with other international schools in Brussels.

Recognising that many parents pay their own fees we endeavour to keep them as low as possible whilst maintaining our high standards.

Where companies are paying, tuition fees are payable for the whole school year. For parents paying privately, payments can be made in 3 instalments as indicated in the table above.

Monthly payment facilities can only be arranged at the discretion of the Head Teacher.

The fees cover all normal tuition costs, books, materials, sports, swimming expenses and day visits.

REGISTRATION FEE Eur 500 for the first child from a family.
Eur 250 for each subsequent child.
Payable on enrolment and non-refundable.
DEPOSIT Eur 500

Payable on enrolment and fully refundable on the departure of the child provided that there are no outstanding fees or charges e.g. non-returned or damaged books etc. The cost of these will be deducted from the Deposit and the balance will be refunded.

Notice period

The school should receive 90 days written notice* of the departure of the child:

  • For leaving at the end of the first term (December 31st) notice is required by September 30th.
  • For leaving at the end of the second term (March 31st) notice is required by December 31st.
  • For leaving at the end of the third term (June 30th) notice is required by March 31st.

In the absence of the above* 3 months fees will be payable

1 Up to Eur 100 may be charged over the school year for additional educational day visits and workshops, etc.

PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE TOTAL SUMS DUE, REGARDLESS OF ANY SUBSIDIES PROVIDED BY THEIR EMPLOYER
